RAINFALL: While not the heaviest of rains, we will take what we can! Just about everyone (if not all) should see measurable rainfall from this system. A few pop-ups may develop in eastern counties this afternoon, but the bulk of the rain will fall later tonight into Thursday. At this time, 0.20-0.50″ is the general expectation. However, rain will not fall evenly. There will likely be a few pockets of lower than 0.20″ and a few zones of over 0.50″ around the state. COLD FRONT: We have earned this rain chance! A cold front sliding southeast brings us rain later tonight into Thursday! A few heavy downpours are possible, but this will be pretty quick moving.
