But, we expect drought development across the Buckeye State this month due to very dry conditions. Those near Toledo already are in drought, and that is forecast to persist.
For many, August ended 1-3″ below normal on rainfall. This is not a great trend, and we start September very dry. It may not be as intense as last year, but let’s hope we can reverse this trend before the month is over.
