We have not used the muggy meter in a bit, but that’s because it has felt just awesome lately! Expect a bit of moisture to slug in by Thursday as a cold front sweeps through with some shower activity. This may make it feel just a bit muggy, but then we are right back to the awesome sauce by Friday and the weekend! – 6:00 PM 9/1/25 #fblifestyle

DROUGHT MONITOR: We officially have a couple small pockets of “Moderate Drought” conditions in Ohio. These are focused near Toledo and Portsmouth. The “Abnormally Dry” conditions nearly doubled from last week.

This is based on data from August 19-26, which means this is a bit behind. But, the weekly update is tabulated based on the prior week’s data. This is put together by many people, including the USDA and NOAA. So, when the new update comes out this week on September 4, it will include data from August 26-September 2.

We have some rain in store this week, but we will turn dry again behind a cold front. Let’s hope we start to turn wetter by mid-September! – 10:30 AM 9/1/25 #fblifestyle
